Barbecued Venison Meatballs
Mix:
1 pound ground venison
½ cup milk
½ tsp. salt
¾ cup rolled oats, uncooked
½ cup minced onion
For sauce, mix:
1 cup ketchup
½ cup water
½ cup chopped onion
2 tbsp. vinegar
4 tbsp. brown sugar
Form into one-inch balls. Place in 9 x 13-inch pan. Mix sauce ingredients and pour over raw meatballs. Do not cover; bake at 350 degrees for one hour, turning over once or twice.
